Ness has spent her career as a CHRO and senior people leader inside companies most founders are trying to grow into — IQVIA, Novartis, Kpler, Corilus. She’s run people functions through scale-ups, restructures, M&A, and major HR-tech rollouts (Personio, Workday) across EMEA, the US and APAC.

She founded NS People to bring that depth to the companies that need it most: founder-led businesses, scale-ups, and the investors backing them — without the cost or rigidity of a full-time CHRO.

She works in French, English and Dutch, and is based in Brussels.
