Supported an SME through a complex employee mediation case, followed by a full audit of their HR department. We developed and executed a plan to address gaps, resulting in improved HR practices and employee relations. This led to an ongoing monthly HR support subscription, providing consistent guidance on HR matters for managers and employees, boosting efficiency and creating a more cohesive work environment. Despite lacking in-house HR, the client saw immediate improvements in team dynamics and long-term business stability.
We partnered with the business owner to review and optimize the team structure, defining key roles needed for growth. Our recruitment support ensured the successful hiring of these profiles, leading to a more streamlined and capable workforce. This tailored approach strengthened the company’s operational capacity without an in-house HR team.
Acted as interim Chief People Officer to accelerate company growth and drive business impact. Key contributions included leadership assessment, organizational restructuring, and HR compliance implementation, leading to a more agile and efficient workforce. We defined a comprehensive people strategy, supported global expansion by rolling out HR structures for new international branches, and enhanced foundational HR processes. Additionally, we developed talent attraction strategies for high-growth markets, ensuring a competitive edge. As a member of the leadership team, our strategic input through board presentations helped align HR initiatives with overall business goals, directly contributing to sustainable growth and operational excellence.
